This page explains what Perfect Art collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

When you send a quote request, a service request or a message, we receive the details you type into the form — your name, phone number, and where relevant your factory or boutique name, area, email address and the description of the work you run. We do not ask for anything else, and none of the forms on this site collect payment details.

Our server also keeps ordinary web logs — the page requested, the time, and the network address it came from — which is how any web server works.

Why we collect it

To answer you. A quote needs a phone number to call, a head count to price, and a fabric to match the machine to. A service request needs enough detail to send the right engineer. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing messages to people who only asked for a price.

How long we keep it

Quote and service records are kept for as long as the machine relationship lasts, because a warranty claim years later has to be traceable to the original sale. If you would like your details removed and you have no machine with us under warranty, write to us and we will delete them.

Who else sees it

Only Perfect Art staff. Two outside services are involved in running the site: our hosting provider stores the data, and Google Fonts may serve the typefaces used on these pages. No advertising or tracking network is installed on this site.

Cookies

This site sets two cookies. One remembers whether you are reading in English or Bangla. One is a session cookie that protects the forms from being submitted by another website on your behalf. Neither follows you to other sites.
