Sequins, cording, beads, towel, boring and laser cutting are devices, not separate machines. One high-speed body carries whichever your order needs, and they can be mixed on the same machine — that is what the customise facility is for.
Sequins device

Easy cording device

- Twin-colour, triple-colour, and an automatic trimmer version
Beads device
850 rpmFor bead and pearl work that would otherwise be stitched by hand, piece by piece.
- Practical speed 850 rpm on 2 / 2.5 mm loose beads
- Glass beads 2 / 2.5 mm, pipe and pearl 3 / 4 mm
- Sensor warns on the bead feed, so stitching never breaks
Easy towel device
For chain-stitch loop texture — towel work, knitwear and thick decorative fill.
- Valve lifts the pendulum; presser foot and needle bar form the stitch
- Installs on an existing head — no new machine needed
- Loop height set by the pendulum position, not by the operator's hand
Boring device
For cutwork and eyelet designs that need a hole, not just a stitch.
- Hollow-out embroidery — holes carved, then embroidered

Every figure in this table is the factory's, not a sales sheet. Read the two that decide whether the rest survive: the body beam and the number of back supports.
They are what hold the speed steady for fifteen years. A thin beam will run at 1500 rpm on day one and shake itself out of tolerance by the second season — which is why we quote them before we quote a price.

What owners tell us
The machine was running on our floor in three days and the service team still picks up the phone at night.
We took the sequins machine for saree work. Six colour thread was enough for us, and the 1200 rpm is real, not a brochure number.

Asked before every purchase
Who comes when the machine stops?
Our own engineers, not a third party. Call the service number and we schedule a visit; for a stoppage on a running order we try to be on your floor the same day.
You can also raise it on this site and track it by reference number.
What happens after the warranty ends?
The engineering support does not end with it. We keep spare parts for the machines we sell, so a hook, a trimmer blade or a colour-change motor comes from our own stock instead of a fresh import.
Parts are charged, labour on an old customer's machine usually is not.
Can I see a machine running before I buy?
Yes, and we would rather you did. Come to our floor in Turag and watch a machine run your own design file, or we arrange a visit to a customer already running the model you are considering.
Do you install outside Dhaka?
Anywhere in Bangladesh. Narayanganj, Gazipur, Narsingdi, Chattogram, Sylhet — the engineers travel, set the machine up on your floor and stay until your operators can run it without them.
What power and floor space does one machine need?
Three-phase power, and a stable line matters more than the load itself — voltage that swings is the fastest way to kill a control board. We check your line at the site visit and tell you if a stabiliser is needed.
For floor space, allow the machine length plus about four feet clear on each side so an operator can work both faces and the frame can travel.
Do you train our operators?
Yes, on your own machine and your own designs, not a demo file. Training covers threading, frame setting, design loading, the daily oiling round and what to do before calling us.
